Wine Shop Review: Bright straw yellow in color. Delicate on the nose, with notes of flowers and almonds. Dry, well-structured and delicately fruity, with hints of bitter almonds on the finish that is typical of Garganega-based wines.
My Review: This was my first Garganega wine, so I was interested in finding out what this would be like. This was a nice bright yellow color and it had a tropical fruit flavor on the nose, kind of like pineapple. It had a really mild almond flavor, and was noticeably dry. Since this one was at the tasting, I didn't try it with food.
