14. Feb Tasting - Dibon Cava

Wine Shop Review: The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus and grapefruit flavors. Solid from front to back, with health and freshness.

My Review: The first wine we tasted this week was a sparkling brut reserve wine.  It had a nice honey smell and in that respect I was expecting a slight sweetness, but it was actually dry.  It had a mild fruit flavor, kind of like apple.  On a scale from 1-10 I found this one to be a 5.

No food with this one.
